Ingredients:

8 oz Jammin' Stan Pluot Jam (also good with Mango Fire)

1 Fresh Crispy Baguette (or French or Sourdough loaf)

8-10 oz Fresh Goat Cheese


Directions:

There are two ways to serve this dish - Self Serve and Single Servings: 

Self Serve:

Set up a self serve tray with the jam, cheese, and baguette slices ready for assembly.

Bring the Jammin' Stan Pluot Jam to room temperature and place in a small serving dish/bowl. Place the goat cheese on a plate with serving knife. Cut baguette in to 3/4 or 1" slices and warm or toast if desired. Put all items on tray or cutting board ready for people to assemble.

Single Servings:

Prep single servings ready to eat!

Cut baguette in to 3/4 or 1" slices and warm or toast if desired. Spread goat cheese on each slice and top with a spoonful of jam and you're ready to go!


Other Options:

Use Blue Cheese, or Brie, or your favorite soft cheese.

Use Fig Jam or Mango Fire if you want to add a little heat.
