Preheat the oven to broil.
Mix Jammin Stan Mango Jam, Miso Paste, Warm Water, Vinegar, and Lime Squeeze for the Jammin' Glaze.
On a cookie sheet, put foil on sheet then grease with oil and sprinkle seasoning mix. Place the fish skin side down on the cookie sheet and sprinkle additional seasoning mix on top of fish. Add half of the Jammin' Glaze on top.
Next, cook fish under broiler for several minutes. Spoon the other half of the Jammin' Glaze on top and continue cooking until the Glaze begins to carmelize. Put fish on plate and drizzle some of the juices from the pan on top. Enjoy!
1 oz.Jammin Stan' Mango Jam (Use Mango Fire if you like spicy)
1 Tbsp Miso Paste
2 oz. Warm Water
1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1/2 Lime, Squeeze
4 Black Cod Filets (~32 oz fish)
1 Tbsp Veggie Oil (or Canola)
Seasoning Mix (to taste): Sea Salt, Pepper, Cayenne or Chipolte, Cumin, Paprika, Cinnamon, Ground Celery Seed
