Strawberry Thai'd Balsamic Avo-Caprese Salad


1.5 oz. Jammin' Stan Strawberry Thai Basil Jam

3 oz. Balsamic Vinegar

2 oz. Olive Oil

2 Medium Tomatoes

2 Large Firm Ripe Avocados

2 Balls Burrata or Soft Mozzeralla Cheese

1/4 cup chopped Thai Basil

4 leaves Thai Basil

Sea Salt



In a small bowl, mix Jammin' Stan Strawberry Thai Basil Jam, Balasmic Vinegar, and Oil for drizzle.

Slice Tomatoes, Avocados, and Burrata to preferred thickness for stacking.

Begin Construction!

Splash some Jammin' Drizzle on the plate. Stack Tomato slice, Avocado slice, and put the Burratta in the Avocado hole. Add a dash of salt and pepper.

Add more Jammin' Drizzle on top, sprinkle the chopped Thai Basil, and then add a leaf on top of each stack.  Finish off any Jammin' Drizzle.
